SmarterTools offers users a number of tools and utilities that can assist users with conversions, third-party products and more. These tools can be found in the Utilities and Conversion Tools folder in the Knowledge Base and are linked below. 
 
SmarterNotify is an easy-to-use Windows-based notification utility that sends notifications directly to a user's desktop.
 
SmarterPing is a utility that pings a web application to prevent the application from timing out.
 
This conversion utility will convert IceWarp Mail Server (previously Merak Mail Server) to SmarterMail.
This conversion utility will convert Ipswitch IMail to SmarterMail.
 
This conversion utility will convert MailEnable to SmarterMail.
 
This conversion utility will convert MailMax to SmarterMail.
 
This utility is a simple log analyzer for SmarterMail log files.
 
This utility will monitor the current status of multiple SmarterMail servers.
 
SmarterMailMon monitors POP and IMAP mail accounts for new messages.

Are there any tools similar to SmarterNotify and/or SmarterMailMon that will work on a Mac?  We're looking for a solution to create notifications for our hosted Enterprise help desk.  Thank you!

Hi Vicky! We don't have any similar tools for a Mac OS at this time.

That's really unfortunate. Are there any type of notification options that can be changed directly in the dashboard settings that would do something similar?

If you're using SmarterTrack, you could use System Events to set something up. Other than that, I don't believe we have anything implemented directly in the products.
