What payment methods can I use to pay?
Preferred payment method is using a credit card due to SmarterTools' "pay on order" payment policy. This also ensures the quickest method of acquiring your software license as it's immediate: you receive the license directly, after the purchase is complete. SmarterTools also accepts company check, money order, cashier's check and wire transfer. However, these payment methods require authorization by SmarterTools as your account needs to be modified to be able to be invoiced.
How do I pay by credit card?
To fill a price quote using a credit card, visit the SmarterTools website and click on the account icon in the upper right. Once logged in, select Price Quotes from the dropdown menu. To "fill" a price quote, select the price quote number and click the Fill Quote button. Submit your credit card information on the modal window and confirm the order. You can also purchase directly from the website without a price quote. Click on the shopping cart icon to navigate to the Product Selection page.
How do I pay by check?
To pay an invoice using a company check, mail order, or cashier's check, simply mail the payment to:

Be sure to reference the Invoice Number on the check (in the Memo area) or on the check stub so that the payment can be applied properly.
How do I pay via wire transfer?
Because some banks utilize intermediary banks and/or charge additional fees to process a wire transfer, SmarterTools encourages customers to pay by check or credit card whenever possible. If you do choose to pay an invoice via wire transfer, it is very important that you confirm your bank's associated fees–including any potential intermediary bank fees–to ensure full payment is remitted to SmarterTools.
