SmarterTools Refund Policy

Are product purchases refundable?
Products created by SmarterTools and purchased through the SmarterTools website are eligible for a full refund 15 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email sales@smartertools.com. (Older purchases made through former resellers are subject to the refund policy offered by the reseller.) Leased licenses are not refundable because they utilize a pay-as-you-go pricing plan.

Can I try your products before I buy them?
Customers wishing to evaluate the products prior to purchase should use the Free Editions available for download from the SmarterTools website. If you need a larger-sized version of the product for a 30-day trial run, contact the sales department by emailing sales@smartertools.com. During business hours you can also start a live chat or call us at 1.877.257.6278.

How fast are refunds processed?
The refund itself should be processed within one business day. However, it may take up to seven business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.

What happens to my license key if I request a refund?
The license key associated to the purchase will be disabled and any installation running the license key will revert back to the Free Edition when the refund is processed.
