Add a Company Logo to the Customer Protal

To ensure consistent branding, companies may wish to upload their company logo to the customer portal. Follow these steps to display a company logo on the portal:

Applies to SmarterTrack 11.x-12.x

  1. Log in to the SmarterTrack management interface as an Administrator.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Expand the Manage folder in the navigation pane.
  4. Click Brands. A list of brands will load in the content pane.
  5. Select the desired brand and click Edit. The settings for the brand will load in the content pane.
  6. On the Options tab, upload the logo to SmarterTrack by clicking Choose File, navigating to the file, and clicking Open.
  7. Then select the Display logo on portal checkbox.
  8. Click Save. The company logo will now be visible in the upper left corner of your portal.
 

Applies to SmarterTrack 7.x - 10.x

  1. Log in to the SmarterTrack management interface as an Administrator.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Expand the System Settings and Organization folders in the navigation pane.
  4. Click Brands. A list of brands will load in the content pane.
  5. Select the desired brand and click Edit. The settings for the brand will load in the content pane.
  6. On the Options tab, upload the logo to SmarterTrack by clicking Browse, navigating to the file, and clicking Open.
  7. Then select the Display logo on portal checkbox.
  8. Click Save.
