Activate the SmarterTrack Communicator

NOTE: As of November 1, 2019, SmarterTools no longer accepts activation requests that use TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Therefore, older installations of SmarterTrack (SmarterTrack 11.4 and older) may not activate properly as they do not support TLS 1.2 and higher. For more information, please contact our Sales Department.

 

The SmarterTrack Communicator is available as an optional add-on to SmarterTrack and is associated to a specific SmarterTrack license key at the time of purchase. Once you have purchased this add-on, you will need to reactivate SmarterTrack before configuring it. For more information on on reactivating SmarterTrack, please refer to the KB article Reactivate SmarterTrack.
 
The Communicator add-on will now be activated for this installation of SmarterTrack. For information on configuration, please refer to the KB article How to Set up SmarterTrack Communicator.
