To send emails in SmarterTrack you will need to configure the SMTP settings for the Brands and Departments. These are the settings you will need to enter when using Microsoft 365 (Office) and Gmail. Microsoft 365 (Office) with SSL
SMTP Server: This should be your mail server name. (e.g. smtp.office365.com)
SMTP Security: Enable SSL
Port: 995
Microsoft 365 (Office) with TLS
SMTP Server: This should be your mail server name. (E.g., smtp.office365.com)
SMTP Security: Enable TLS
Port: 587
Gmail
SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Port: If SSL is enabled use Port 465. If TLS is enabled use Port 587.
Auth Username: This will be your full Gmail address. (e.g. example@gmail.com)
NOTE: When using Microsoft 365 (Office), if the "From Address" and "Auth Username" do not match, there is a potential need to configure "Send As" privileges for your mail server. You may also need to set up SMTP relay on your Microsoft 365 (Office) account.
