How to enable HTML content in Ticket Thread?

When a ticket is created it displays only non-html content.

Hi David,
 
To view a ticket message in HTML you can use the Settings icon (this is grey gear icon next to the up and down arrow buttons). Click on that and choose "Show HTML". There's currently not a way to view tickets in HTML by default.

Please add the option to Show HTML by default. It is inconvenient to click the "Show HTML" option for each ticket. Thanks.

I think it is quite important to have this as default. I have to click basically every time the button view HTML :-(

Any news regarding this thread?
 
We have a lot of tickets with tables, etc...and with "non-html" view is impossible to see them, we have to select every time "Show HTML", can you add the possibility to select by default non-html or html?
