Is a SmarterTrack Linux installation being developed?

We finally officially have given up on Microsoft Servers, for a host of reasons, and love the Linux version of SmarterMail. It is exceptionally fast, reliable and trouble free. Something our MS Servers were not.

Is there any development or interest in developing a Linux version of SmarterTrack? We would be very interested in it.

Sorry, we have no plans to transition SmarterTrack to Linux, unlike what we did with SmarterMail. If you’re tired of managing it, you can opt for our Hosted Services.

FYI, we’re releasing a new version next week that will have some new AI integrations, and one of my favorites is the summarization of tickets. It’s helped us a ton.
