[9714] Missing Rspamd Header Data after Update
Problem reported by Martin Schaible - 8/23/2026 at 3:20 PM
Resolved
Hello

After Update to build 9714 no data from Rspamd doesn't show up anymore in the header of the mails.
Meaning, no symbols are displayed anymore.

Luckily the spam filtering itself is still alive.

Thanks!

Is the header missing entirely or is it just not showing what you expect?

With Build 9693 (Jul 16, 2026) we added a new option to change the information that's displayed for Rspamd.
* Fixed: Rspamd doesn't have a "Score Only" option similar to other antispam settings.
So perhaps that Header option shows something differently than you expect. Go to the Remote Rspamd modal in the Antispam -> Spam Checks and check that setting. It's at the bottom of the modal:
As an aside, this was added due to complaints that spammers can grab headers and see how Rspamd scores a message, then they adjust their tactics to bypass Rspamd's checks.

Hi Derek,

Thank you very much for the information. It was set to "Score Only." After changing it to "Score with test names," everything is back to normal.

For some reason, I didn't get this new setting.

We collect all spam emails. Using the data from Rspamd, we can assess how well and effectively our RegEx filters are working. That’s why this setting is so important.

Cheers!
