Hi all,

First of all, I'm no way an expert in this area and I apologise if this is a repeated post. If my problem have been solved before and there's post in this community where you can share, you can give me the relevant link and I should be able to self learn. Nevertheless, my problem statement as follows. 

I am a Mac OS user, currently using outlook (version as per photo below)

Currently I have successfully synchronised my SmarterMail account, however there's a problem. I am able to receive emails but unable to send out emails. The error message that I received is as below: 

Below is my accounts settings, please highlight to me if there's any information I have input wrongly.
