Add new fields to User's contact json that will have date of last email /chat/ meeting.

Just trying to update the contact functionality and reporting to match that of some CRMs /Next Cloud et al.
Add functionality to click on contact, and see all the related emails of that contact  {this might be a really big stretch, because one would have to know what folders all the emails are in, right? }
