2 Factor Authentication for Smartermail with Active Directory accounts

Hello,

In the light of all the recent security problems, most of our partners/Customers are demanding certain minimum security standards that we also believe to be good and common sense. Among these, one is that all Internet-facing services should be protected with 2 Factor Authentication. We already have this implemented for most of our applicable services, but for SmarterMail we cannot enable this feature because it does not work for AD accounts, which we use.
Since SmarterMail already supports 2FA for WebMail with internal accounts, please upgrade this feature to also work with AD accounts.
