Outgoing Spam

I'm trying to find out which domain/account is sending outgoing spam, but, my main screen shows 50 outgoing spam, for the "Trend". When i click domain, this then shows 1 for the domain, so this tells me, I assume, that it's this domain that's sending the spam?


But when I click on the domain to try and narrow it down to the users, it shows 1 on "trend" and 0 on the users.
So where is the outgoing spam being sent from?

Ideally you should be able to dig down and find the user(s) sending the spam by changing the Mode to Domains, then clicking on a domain and changing the mode to Users. I'll have someone do some testing on our end. We may want to open a ticket with you on this so we can drill down into it a bit with you.

No problem, that's exactly what i've tried to do and it renders 0 results.

So it gives me a domain but no users
