Date Formatting

Hi,
I've just been looking at my reports and was getting a bit confused when entering my dates, as they weren't coming up as expected.
e.g. See the top date i've entered, thinking it was dd/mm/yyyy, but all the results show as mm/dd/yyyy.

Is there a setting i'm missing, or is this a bug?
I would expect it to be one or the other, not both?

What are the local settings you've set in SmarterMail, and do they match your browser settings? I'm wondering if this is just a display error.

Hi Derek, as far as i'm aware i'm all setup for UK time zones and Local settings.

I'm not sure about Google Chrome, where would i find this?
My Mac date format is also the same as above.

It is however the same on Firefox as well.

That should be fine and enough info for us to test. In Chrome, I believe it's the Language settings that dictate time and date formats.

This is set to English in Google Chrome.
Thanks

@Derek, any news, able to replicate?
Thanks

The only way we've been able to replicate this if the browser locale is mismatched to the operating system. Is Chrome set to English or GB-EN to match the OS?

Thanks Derek, i'm Mac based, so not sure if that makes any difference.
My Chrome Language settings:

Yeah, see if there's an option for "English - UK" or something similar. It looks to me like Chrome is set to English (US), but your OS is set to English - GB. That may be the issue.

I've added but its still the same:

Also restarted Chrome just in case.

Date selection is correct, it's just the charts and data that's not.
Thanks
Anthony
