Unable to add Domain and User

I already opened a ticket, but i would like to know if anybody else has this problem:
If i add a new Domain (The wizard asks for domain, admin-user and password), the folder in the filesystem is being created with the users subfolder and all jsons and sbin). But the new domain is not shown in the domain list in smartermail. After a lot of refreshes, the domain shows, but the user is not accessible (red traingle left from the name). if i add another user, this is also not accessible.
There also comes a toast alert with CancellationTokenSource has been disposed.
 i am running the latest version 9526 - but i do not know if the problem occured at the latest version or any before.

I have occasionally had red triangle users appear after a system reboot.   Stopping and starting SmarterMail service fixes the problem.    Support assumes it is a locked file, and logs seem to confirm that, so they suspect anti-virus software    I never found a cause and problem has not returned in several years.

WhenSM was having memory leaks, I tried doing weekly scheduled system reboots, but gave that up.  The SM service takes longer to do a complete shutdown than Windows realizes, so there is non-specific fear that an automated shutdown will break something.   A script could be created to stop the service, wait a while (2minutes?) and then reboot server or restart SM service, but I have not pursued that idea..
