SmarterMail on Linux - Backup clients account to remote server using SSH

I have the SmarterMail Enterprise installed on linux server on AlmaLinux.

I have a remote backup server which can be accessed with ssh key.

How do I run a daily backup of the users domains on a daily basis?

Someone mentioned Robocopy.

Does anyone have some experience with RoboCopy and Linux?

Robocopy is for Windows. You want to use rsync. 
We use rsync.net for other servers, with daily rsync scripts running backups, works really well.

Yes, I have it all setup with rysync now to remote 20Tb backup storage with Hetzner.

Automatic, daily incremental, with 14 days retention for now.
