The JQ script to reset the "2admin" password in LINUX ( Reset Administrator Username and Password ( Linux ) ) does not work (at least for me...).

To be precise, this (...and yes, JQ is installed...):

I tried copying and pasting it into BASH in its entirety as is, or line by line, or trying to figure out how to split it up... But I couldn't figure it out either way...

Can you please review it and explain it better?

Thanks

It LOOKS like it should go into bash as all one line - replace line breaks with blank space --

Paste it into a text editor so you get all the content on one line then try again --

MailEnable survivor / convert --

Already tried --> it doesn't work (...at least on my Debian 12 Server...)

It gives me a "No such file or directory" error...

but "/etc/smartermail/administrators.json" exists and I can edit it with NANO...

P.S.: I don't need it now, my servers are updated and safe... but I'm testing it just in case...
