Minor issue during test upgrade --

We imaged our mail server and are testing the waters with the upgrade from our current version into the .NET Core builds.

The only thing we noticed with the test upgrade was that disk usage calculations are all gone.  Some users randomly started showing usage, even though this was an air-gapped system for testing.  We found that logging into an account would re-calculate but at this time we have some users who are not as active as they should be.  This isn't really a major issue that we know of but more an annoyance. Documentation and knowledge base are outdated as to what files to purge during a mail service restart.

Is this a known issue that just requires us to issue a recalculate usage on the users?

We did the testing in two parts as we're somewhat back on updates.  8930 was a known good / stable build with very few or no known issues. Then to 9511 due to security issue fixes.

8657 -> 8930 was fine - usages were intact.

8930 -> 9511 is where we lost them.
