Upgraded and now cannot renew License

I was prompted to upgrade the free version of SmarterMail, so I upgraded to 9511

None of my clients can get their email now.

I am on the localhost activation page on the server and when I enter Email/Password it says unrecognised email address or password.

If I use the same EM/PW on Smartertools website it lets me log in so I think these credentials are correct.

Why can I not activate my account?
