Lost password. Not experinecd enough to reset.

I changed the password for my email account Tony@tritia.com, but somehow my password manager has lost it.  F$#%.  I am able to log into Info@tritia.com.  Can this help me to reset the Tony account?

I've read the Knowledge Base article, but frankly am not experienced enough to follow those directions.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you.

If you are not an email domain administrator and you haven't set a backup recovery email for tony@, try contacting your email administrator or hosting provider.
