Customize how? It's a bit difficult as, with syncing to Clients, having default names makes that integration more accessible for the vast majority of users. Sure, some clients (most, maybe?) allow you to specify which folder syncs to what, but I'd bet the vast majority of people don't know about that functionality. So while it is possible to sync, say, a "New Mail" folder to "Inbox" in eM Client, not everyone knows you can do that so it would make more work for people supporting end users.

Thank you for your feedback. My request, which is standard with many premium webmail services, primarily concerns being able to specify which folders are displayed at the top. It would be even better to be able to display shared folders there as well. If it's simpler, it would be perfectly fine if these favorites (at the top) only applied to ebmailer.

Ah, I see what you mean. I'll add this as a feature request as I can see it being useful, for sure. Thanks for the suggestion.
