SmarterTrack on Azure

Hi 

We have been running SmarterTrack Enterprise Build 100.0.8572.28321

I tried updating to the latest build, but when I download the exe file "SmarterTrack_9448" it does not execute.

I also read here in your help (SmarterTrack System Requirements | SmarterTrack Help) that 
At this time, it's not recommended to install SmarterTrack on Azure.

We recently moved from Rackspace servers to Azure VM's. The Smartertrack application is working fine.  Is it an issue to run Smartertrack on Azure? Also, please let me know about upgrades.

It's not recommended, but that doesn't mean it won't work. In our testing, it was just sluggish. If you're not seeing issues, then you should be fine. 

I'm not sure what you mean when you say that the latest build doesn't execute. What happens when you run the installer?

It doesn't execute from the download folder, but it does execute from a different folder. 
I was able to run the installer. Thank you
