MAPI not updated in outlook despite total resync

We have just noticed exactly the same thing with this version 9400. An email that is integrated on different devices, for example in eMClient or Outlook, and arrives as unread, is not displayed as read on the other devices after it has been opened by an employee. It remains in unread status. Interestingly, however, it is marked as read in webmail.

this issue remains when you restart the eMClient or Outlook. No updates.

Have you tried updating to the latest version 9413?
