Unread messages in a subfolder

Hello!

In the webmail, if a subfolder contains unread messages but its root folder is collapsed, I can't be noticed of that until I'll uncollapse it.

When the new message arrive I can have a browser notification, but if I want to read it later, is there a way to have evidence of the presence of unread messages in an uncollapsed subfolder of a folder?

This problem was submitted to me by a user that uses filters to move new messages directly in their dedicated folders (and subfolders).

See this:

Uncollapsed folder "test". No evidence of unread messages in a subfolder:

Collapsed folder "test":

Thank you for your suggestions!

We're going to back burner this for the time being. Looking at how other web clients do things, they do show unreads on the respective sub-folders, but no indicators on parents. It's not a bad idea by any stretch, just not something we'll be implementing in the near future. I changed this thread to an Idea, and noted the other thread as well.
