Add keyboard shortcuts, threading, proper inline composer

As you know, there are lots of issues with using Outlook with SmarterMail. Why not improve the webmail GUI to a point where it is usable, like with actual keyboard shortcuts, proper threading, inline replys, etc. So many issues could just go away.

We did just add keyboard shortcuts to webmail with the last 2 releases. (Had to adjust for MacOS in the most recent Build.) Conversation view is on the board, and we'll be exploring that for a future release.

Good morning, I utilize SmarterMail at my job and I cannot find a way to disable these shortcuts. When I try to move an email to a folder, searching a letter that is keybound to a shortcut will not allow me to use that letter to find the folder. The biggest issue I have is the "N" that opens a new email, so when I press N to search for the folders starting with N it opens a new email tab instead of moving to the N folders in the list. Is there a way to disable these shortcuts? Thank you
