How to disable calendar individual domain user
Problem reported by drew2160fl - 8/12/2025 at 6:42 PM
Not A Problem
How does one turn off specific features on a per-user setting? We have one account that only needs to access email (webmail, Exchange), so the calendar (and possibly other components) need to be turned off.

Can anyone point me to the settings file where this can be accomplished?

Thanks.

I don't think that's possible, because there aren't any such granular settings.

As far as I know, this can't be done with MS Exchange/MS365 either...

Gabriele is correct. We have to balance granularity with complexity, otherwise we'd overwhelm users with tons of settings that are only relevant to a very small percentage of overall users. Therefore some features are "standard" such as use of calendar, contacts, etc. as they're pretty much defaults for any mail server.
