Mails not arriving on the Rspamd server

Hello

Every now and then, or rather, an email per 1000 fails to reach the Rspamd server. Unfortunately, I don't see any way to analyze the problem further because there's nothing in the SmarterMail log files that indicates an error. However, I can see in the Rspamd log that the email wasn't processed.

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks

Martin

Are the messages from trusted senders or otherwise whitelisted domains/IPs? Does the delivery log tell you anything about the message?

No, there are no trusted senders or whitelisted domains/IP addresses.
The header shows that SmarterMail is performing its checks:

X-SmarterMail-Spam: SPF [None]: 10, DMARC [failed]: 0, Reverse DNS Lookup [ReverseFailed]: 10, Null Sender: 0, HONEYPOT [passed]: 0, SEM - Black: 0, Hostkarma: 0, SURBL Combined: 0, SpamRats All: 0, UCEProtect Level 1: 4, Truncate: 5, Surriel: 0, IADB: 0, IMP-SPAM: 0, UCEProtect Level 2: 5, Backscatter: 0, SEM - Backscatter: 0, Barracuda: 0, DCC: 0, MSRBL: 0, UBL: 0
The spamchecks.log also contains the line that tells you what is being done:

Found 22 spam checks to run: Reverse Dns Lookup, Null Sender, _HONEYPOT, RemoteRspamd, ....
I don't see anything unusual. I can't say whether the mail is even being delivered to the Rspamd server.

The delivery.log file displays the spam check results, but without the Rspamd results. It should say something like this: "[_REMOTERSPAMD: 79:135]".

Thanks!
