Lots of fixes! Feel free to report your experience after installing...

  • Changed: "Move to Junk" now offers "blacklist email" and "blacklist domain" options.
  • Changed: Hardware AVG. reports now include memory data.
  • Changed: Revised some wording and action items for calendar events.
  • Changed: Several cards were updated to remove buttons and replace them with text links.
  • Changed: SmarterMail Linux now uses the internally managed implementation of NTLM authorization.
  • Changed: The ACME Challenge URL is now displayed in the Event logs for better troubleshooting.
  • Fixed: A unique issue preventing a user from editing a single, specific appointment.
  • Fixed: An issue preventing SSL certificates from automatically renewing by their deadline.
  • Fixed: An issue where an instance of an event that's part of a series is unable to be edited.
  • Fixed: An issue with verifying eM Client request codes if "Allow Domain Administrators to Override" is no set in the Marketplace.

  • Fixed: Uploads to a Chat in webmail disappear after the upload is finished.
  • Fixed: When a user sends their first chat message to another user, it does not show up in the recipient's chat.
  • Fixed: When screensharing is stopped with multiple users, the focus remains on the last active participant instead of returning to the original sharer.

Installed today... Finger crossed!
Gabriele Maoret - Head of SysAdmins and CISO at SERSIS Currently manages 6 SmarterMail installations (1 in the cloud for SERSIS which provides services to a few hundred third-party email domains + 5 on-premise for customers who prefer to have their mail server in-house)

"Save" button under Manage - Domain Defaults never activates.... No changes can be made.

I can confirm it, we are unable to do any change...

Check the value of Max Attached File Size in Limits. This was keeping me from being able to save. (any invalid setting might not be obvious)

after installing build 9224 i can't be able to open any calendar appointments  : object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi, the calendar issue is referred only to items in shared folders.

No matter what I change the attached file size to it wont let me save anything.

New build to fix some of these issues.

Build 9229 (Apr 8, 2025)

  • Fixed: Recipients cannot accept or decline recurring calendar invites sent from a shared calendar.
  • Fixed: The Save button does not activate when changes are made to Domain Defaults.
  • Fixed: Users are experiencing an issue from shared calendars cannot be viewed due to an error message blocking access.

Something is totally fucked up


Using two MAPI domains and my main calendar is gone. I have to add my own calendar manually as a shared calendar to make it visible.

Whenever my secondary email address shows up as main the nothing works.

I have to restart my outlook like 10 times to make it work as expected.

This sucks once again...

I have to downgrade to 8930 and just sit it out... this effin' sucks donkeyballs.

I just dissappears after a while. Nothing. No errors or anything.
