A unicode domain is not entirely removed

Hi,

Likely we found a bug and would like to report it,

Steps To Reproduce, STR:

With SmarterMail the web interface...

1. Create a unicode domain like 國際的.example.com

2. Delete the domain

3. Create a domain with the same domain again

It is not possible to create a domain because of the error.

Reproduced on SmarterMail Build 9182, 9210.

I just wanted to follow up here to let you know Zach was able to find a solution for this and we've tested it in house to confirm it is working as expected, so we should have a fix out for you in the upcoming public release build.
