Windows Active Directory Integration

i try to integrate Active Directory with smartermail, i don't understand the filed:
Name: es  Administrator ?!?!?
Doamin name: es. contoso.com !?!?!
Oraganizational unit: ???????

and the user password for read AD?

My integration looks like this:

Name: any name you choose
Domain name: contoso.com
Organizational Unit: I left it blank, but you can point to any OU
