New Cyren Licenses Having Issues

Just so you are all aware, we've had a couple of tickets from customers who are unable to activate new Cyren licenses -- either purchased licenses or trials. We've reached out to Data443, the company who owns the Cyren IP, and asked for their input. 

Existing licenses do not appear to be affected -- only new ones. We've checked our own logs and things are working fine, but in our tests with new trials, the service is reporting a licensing issue. 

More info will be made available once we hear back from Data443.
