Notifications are Blank

Build 9124 (Dec 24, 2024).

Log in as Admin and see that the Notification bell in upper-right has new messages. So click on the bell and it brings up a window with dates, but the Message column is blank.
Based on the dates, I'm guessing these are messages that there's a new version available. If you clicking on the row, it opens a pop-up with no message, just Dismiss & Close buttons.
