Hello,
If you go to Settings -> Events can you check and see if any of them are blank?
You can click on them one at a time and check the action card.
If any of these are blank and they are built-in Events you will need to regenerate the Events file. If you have custom events they will be lost during this process.
- Stop SmarterMail
- un-install SmarterMail
- rename or delete the events.json file
- Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail\Service\Settings\events.json
- Linux: /etc/smartermail/events.json
- re-instal SmarterMail.
