Does anyone offer installation support (paid) for a mid-techie?
Question asked by Clayton Vernon - 11/30/2024 at 7:05 AM

Hello, I want to work my way thru understanding this product, starting from almost no knowledge of the deeper issues with mail servers. I have a Dell server running Windows Server 2024 and I have a wildcard SSL certificate. I have a fixed IP address and I can control my ports. Many years ago I downloaded SM and hacked it to run on Windows 7 in a similar environment, but a TLS change obviated this and I lost interest. Anyway, I will pay someone to walk me thru installing SM and demonstrating it can send and receive from Gmail and from Outlook/Hotmail. DNS needs to be included.

Zach, thanks. Also, a very belated congrats to you all, as the TLS 2.0 thing that happened soon after I started using SM caused me to worry about the company's viability. It's reassuring to see the product doing well.

Hey Clayton,

No problem. We have been around for over twenty years at this point, and I don't see us going anywhere anytime soon. Our support team should be able to help you with your inquiries and get up and running!

Kind Regards,
