Hi

i wont to enable a rule where i sent a notice to the domain administrator that they have reached the limits of their whole account - not only one mailbox. how can i do this?

i would like to have 2 mails

One E-Mail when 80% of the Quota is reached
One E-Mail when 95% of the Quota is reached.

How do you deal with this and how can i add this for me Customers :)

thanx in Advance

Hello,

Login as a system admin and go to settings -> events. Here you can create a System event for Disk Space used.

You will want to set up the "Event Category" as System and the "Event Type" to "Disk Availability.". Sett the conditions you wish and for the Actions you can set up Notifications and/or emails and have the go to
  1. system admins
  2. affected domain admins
  3. affected users
Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Thank you
~Tony

Rene, Just FYI. If you select the "Show notifications" option, it ONLY shows them to you when you are logged in as the system admin. So emails are probably your best option.
