Hi

i got a customer which uses a iphone 13. Since we are a german Hoster our Customer have the name "Eingang" for "inbox". A year ago we switched to the new Smartermail and had some issues with folders and languages (eg. we could not switch to German in the backend from English because we had the famous german "umlauts" - ue / ae / oe .. üä - so drafts would be entwürfe .. and that did not work. Now we have a customer with split inboxes .. he has the german on "eingang" and the english one "inbox" on his phone. 

I wonder how i can make sure that all mails go to Eingang and not to inbox ? in Smartermail there is only Eingang ... not inbox ?!?
