Crash to login - User auto-clean

Hello, got a weird one. Updated to Build 9021 (Sep 12, 2024) last night Yesterday before update, I was implementing user level auto deletions. Post update I ran into a bug.

Domain, select user, in "Folder Auto-Clean" Card, I select "override auto-clean settings", and upon clicking "new rule" I'm back at the login screen.

tried multiple users
same on multiple domains
Allow users to override auto-clean settings is ON
tried as Primary Admin, and Domain Admin
