Hi George! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We track the SSL status in the domain and system level settings.json file - do you see an entry in there for this domain? We also track the PFX files kept in the Certificates directory so this might be another source of clues. I see you have a ticket submitted so I'll note this with the assigned tech as well so they can get the ball rolling on this for you.
