Hi Team

One of our clients uses office 365 as part of their other job and they found the 'pinning' function to be very useful for important emails and communications. So when one pins an email, it stays at the top of the inbox – similar to how you can pin in messaging apps like WhatsApp and iMessage. 

I know one can use the flagging function but it doesn't quite work the same way.

Could you please suggest it to the dev team? We would be very grateful. 

Apologies if this has already been posted but I couldn't find a reference to it.
