Hello There,

We have no idea why the spam folder under spool directiry stop working since April. I mean the system will create a spam folder named by date previously. Now we found the system no longer create this folder.

Can anyone help to find where to enable this feature... Thank you very much.

Hello,

SmarterMail should not be creating a "Spam" folder in the Spool folder. Do you run any other programs that touch the spool or Proc folder? ( Declude for example ) Thank you

Hello Tony,

yes, we installed Declude and enabled this feature from the beginning. And we have no idea
why the spam folder stop working since April.

By the way, what's the blklstxxx.txt files under spool for? The system created one file each day
and never removed them. Is it safe to delete them directly?

Hello,

Those are also Declude files. If you look in the config file check for

#BLKLST This enables the blklst.txt file in the \spool directory which gives a summary of email scanned and the results.

Hello,

You can either delete them or move to another folder and review them in your logs. Once they are orpand like that best to clean them out.
