Content Filter on SMTP, and 'Run Filter on Folder'

I suggested this option a while back, and would like to circle back to modify the request.

1. Content Filter set on webmail should be able to work on both incoming mail to the Inbox *and* outgoing via SMTP. This way we can keep important clients all in one folder and not go hunting for sent messages.

2. "Run Content Filter on Folder". I know this is available in the webmail, but I can't get it to work on my Sent box.

Thoughts are welcome. Give it a thumbs up if you like the idea.

What are the conditions you are trying to get to work on your "Sent Items"?
