In Settings, General I have 

Countries To Block: All But Specified Countries

For the countries I have US, UK, Mexico, and Canada

Why in my IDS Blocks do I see things like Romania? I am adding them, the entire class C, but I add a few each week when I notice them in the queue. I have all of the IDS Rules set to 1440 as I don't sit watching the mail server all the time (sorry SmarterTools!).

Any reasons for this or am I misunderstanding the way IDS works?
