Missing notifications of new items (smartermail 8923)

Since upgrade from 8923 to 8972 I have no more in the webmail (firefox & edge explorer / http & https) the new item notifications nor the new item number on Inbox. I had a long time this "issue" on older versions also with the SPAM folder now it looks that all are impacted.

Hi Jeffrey , I have the free version so I suppose no possibility to open a support ticket
again with a fresh restarted system I get following :

- no notifications of new mails

And after a page refresh they appeared. This looks not be navigator based nor PC based as the same is shown on different navigators and on different PCs with different Internet connections
