Is it safe to install the new WINDOWS beta to update the v. 8930 NOT BETA?

Hello everyone.

I have our SmarterMail Windows server which currently uses 8930 stable and certificates with Certify the Web.

I ask those who are trying the new BETA if it is safe (and useful...) to update to the latest BETA Windows version (without changing the certificate management mode) or if you have had any difficulties.

Hello, 

We are getting close to a production release but this is still a BETA version

We DO NOT recommend you use this for a production environment. We have been running it for some time, and haven't noticed any major issues. However, we run it in our environment, and yours may vary from what we're doing.
That being said I know we have at lease one client running this in production.

At this point I think I'll wait to see the STABLE version come out and see how it behaves before doing an Upgrade...

Unfortunately, at this time, I have other big projects to follow and so I can't afford to do tests that could upset my customers...

Glad to hear it Charalampos. We are seeing the same thing in our testing environments. We are just working out a few bugs we found and Stable will be right around the corner.
