In ACCOUNTS --> ALIASES, need to have the ability to enable "Include all domain users" with a list of excluded users.
Idea shared by Gabriele Maoret - SERSIS - 6/18/2024 at 12:41 AM
Proposed
As per the object, in ACCOUNTS--> ALIASES (see the image below), would it be possible to introduce the possibility of having a list of EXCLUDED users/emails?

For example, changing the entry from "Include all domain users" to "Include all domain users  EXCEPT those listed above"...

yes, we would also like to exclude accounts of domain administrators, noreply accounts, printer emails, and journaling mailboxes, for example.

The best IMHO would be a flag on the accounts themselves, to exlude them from the "all domain users".

A flag that could be only toggled by domain admins or system admins I guess.
You might not want the users to be able to exclude/include themselves in the all domain users aliases.

I would like to be able to see from my "All domain users" alias which users are being excluded. Could setting a flag on the accounts to exclude them from "all domain users" also trigger adding them to the EXCLUDED list?

It could be a column added in the user list with a checkmark if the user is excluded from "all domain users" aliases. That way you could have a qui view of who is excluded.

Just some ideas...
