I guess I am not understanding the request. Each from address is a known format. Each recipient address is a known format.

cmd: MAIL FROM:<AAAAAA@AAAAAAAAAAA.AAA>

cmd: RCPT TO:<AAAAA@AAAAAAAAAAA.AAA>

Yes, but you can only search for one at a time. There's no advanced search that lets you look for something like both a From and To at the same time.
