Virus falsepositive mailservice.exe ??

Strange, which version of SM trigger this and which antivirus ?

I sent mailservice.exe from latest build to virustotal, but no matches.

Likely Defender has not been properly excluded from our directories/paths/executables and is triggering on an EML as it transitions through SmarterMail. To correct this you'll want to:

1. Implement our exclusions per: https://portal.smartertools.com/kb/a3249/microsoft-defender-antivirus-and-virus-scanner-exceptions.aspx

2. Make sure Defender scanning IS enabled in Settings>Antivirus within SmarterMail.

This ensures Defender is handed the EML properly instead of seizing on MailService.exe itself, since we will have passed the message over to Defender normally.
