Display issues (HTML) in multiple windows in Smartertrack

I am having display issues in multiple windows,  a brand new clean install of Smartertrack.  A thought it was just a browser issue, but it doesn't matter which browser I use.  

Happens in many windows,  examples are the settings for portal signature,  in custom messages in brands settings, and when I do a reply in a ticket

Any ideas?

Hello Randy! This looks like there may be some corruption somewhere in your installation possibly. Can you try doing a clean reinstall?

1. Stop the SmarterTrack IIS site and application pool. 
2. Note the current install directory, then uninstall SmarterTrack.
3. Install the latest SmarterTrack again using the same directory used previously. 
4. While the installer is finishing up, start your SmarterTrack application pool and IIS site. 

While you're doing the reinstall, it might also help to let the installer recreate your SmarterTrack site and application pool as that will ensure the default settings are in place there too. I hope that helps!
