Content Filter - Not showing New email

Hello I recently updated from Build 8798 to 8825 and we are experiencing a problem company wide with User level content filters that move new emails from the inbox into a folder within the inbox. That is the little number beside the folder that says '1' when you have a new unread email in there is not appearing.

if you refresh the webpage, the numbers pop up like they should.

Folders in the root appear to be working fine.

...Also I just noticed, a test content filter I made is set to move new email to folder "inbox/test", and in lieu of moving it to the proper folder,  it creates a folder in root named "inboxtest" - like there is a problem with the "/" character not being registered (escaping characters missing?)

As I just noticed this i'm looking through my company to see if this is the problem with the first part I explained

Hi all,

We are aware of this issue with content filters and subfolders, and we are working on a resolution. This should be resolved in our next update, but I'll keep you posted on its progress.
