8825 outlook mapi inbox stuck - junkfolder works

last thursday there seems to have been a problem with the time server time.microsoft.com. since we updated plus minus to the new version 8825 on the same day, the problem may have come from both. this as preliminary information.

our problem is as follows, the customer uses outlook mapi and no longer receives new mails. although no new mails is not quite right, mails in the junk folder are updated... but not in the inbox.

if you now change the cache mode in outlook from e.g. 1 year to 6 months and close / open outlook, then this happens again for a few hours, then you change from 6 months to one year and close and open outlook again... not a solution in the long run.

small addendum - it seems to synchronize the junkmail folder... but not the inbox

since we already had something similar with the outbox, i wanted to ask you - do you have the same problems, if so, how did you solve them?

and yes - of course we also tried resync all devices...

if not - does anyone have any tips?
