I have a customer that try to migrate from me to another server with imapsync but he only get a message that he can’t connect to my mail server. I have tried telnet and it works, it also works without problem when I use mail clients. But not when he use imapsync. Anyone that have a clue what the problem can be?

I use smarter mail version 100.0.7242.24590
